The project consists of one (1) 3-story corridor apartment building comprised of 2 & 3 bedroom unit floor plan arrangements (total 2 unit types) – a total of 32 apartments with a community room, tot lot and barbeque area.
The building is slab on grade, wood frame structure with adjacent parking on grade. The community area includes a community room, tech room, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room.
