The proposed four-story building from EAH Housing would rise at the corner of 76th Street and Vermont Avenue, replacing a series of small commercial structures. Plans call for 50 residential units, with a total project cost of $22.4 million. The project comprises the construction of a new affordable housing apartment building with 50 market rate units constructed on three stories over 1 story parking garage. The apartment unit mix comprises (19) studio units, (30) 1-bedroom units and (1) 2-bedroom units. Guest amenities include recording studio, leasing offices, communal space, community rooms, gym, laundry and learning center. The project will be LEED Gold Certified.
