The project comprises the construction of a new mixed-use apartment building development with 142 market rate apartment units constructed over 5 floors. Parking is provided at basement, first and second floor levels.
The apartment unit mix comprises (50) studio units, (15) junior 1-bedroom units, (41) 1-bedroom units, (32) 2-bedroom units and (4) 3-bedroom units.
Guest amenities include main lobby, leasing / conference area, community room, fitness suite, pool and spa deck and bike café. The project also includes (2) cold retail shells and a café / market area with outdoor patio seating.
