Celina Garcia joined Breen Engineering Inc. in January 2017 to bring her expertise in facility planning and design for community colleges. She was previously employed with AP Architects, as a project manager for 11 years, serving the Central Valley school districts. She was responsible in managing the facilities for a community college district, from master planning to scheduled maintenance, working closely with the District and maintenance directors in planning, building and maintaining the facilities.
In addition, Ms. Garcia has designed and managed construction projects with other K-12 and community college school districts. She is held in high regard by her clients and peers, consultants and various agencies through her responsiveness, fostering communication and building partnerships with the project team. Providing solutions with care and dedication is a core element and her guiding principle to deliver a successful project to the clients.
